Can I still get a Pre-Printed Card? I didn't order it with my course.

How many times can I take the test? Is there an extra charge to re-take it?
You can take the test as often as necessary. There. is no charge to re-take the test. If you do not pass the test we recommend that you review the course and go over any material that you do not understand. If you need any help we will gladly answer your questions.
How do I know which class I should take?
Simple... Use our convenient Course Selection Wizard to see which course is right for you. You will see what certification meets the requirements based on your job and location.
Can I stop the class in the middle and start again later?
Yes. If you cannot finish the class you can go back to it at any time. Simply skip ahead to where you left off and continue. You can also go back to any section of the course to review at anytime, even after you finish the test.
I purchased the online class, is there anything else I need to purchase?
Absolutely not! When you purchase an online class from us you receive the COMPLETE CLASS, CERTIFICATE and CARD that you can instantly print yourself. We ill also mail a wallet card, signed by an instructor, no later than the next business day.
Will I be "Certified" in CPR, AED, First-Aid or Bloodborne Pathogens?
Yes, you will receive a certification card for whichever course you choose upon successful completion of the course.
I'm not a Healthcare Provider, do you have a course for me?
Yes. Healthcare Provider BLS is just the name of the class. You do not need to be a Healthcare Provider to take the Healthcare Provider BLS class. In fact, most states require this level course to satisfy CPR Certification requirements
Do you only offer Online CPR Certification courses ?
No! We offer onsite classes throughout the country. To find a class near you or to schedule a class at your office simply Contact Us at https://support.aedcpr.com.
Do you offer any special programs for schools?
Absolutely! We are currently working with schools to provide CPR/AED and First Aid training to students. Corporate sponsorships are available in some areas to cover some or all of the course fees.

How do I give my employee/student access with their own login?
The group administration dashboard can be found at Group Classes > Group Administration from our main menu.
To set up classes for your group members, go to https://www.aedcpr.com/account/group-management/available.php or click the Available Classes link on your Group Management dashboard. Classes that you have purchased but have not yet been assigned will be listed here. Enter the first name, last name, and email address of the person who will be taking the course. Then click the red Assign Class button. An invitation and link to take the course will be sent to the email address.
To view classes that have been assigned but not yet completed, go to https://www.aedcpr.com/account/group-management/in-progress.php or click the Classes In Progress link on your Group Management dashboard. You can check the status, send an email reminder, or change the information. You can update the name, and email address, or reassign the class to another group member.
Completed certifications can be found at https://www.aedcpr.com/account/group-management/completed.php or by clicking the Completed Certifications link on your Group Management dashboard. You can download, print, or archive completed certifications.
If you would like to receive notifications when classes are completed or when it is time to renew, go to https://www.aedcpr.com/account/group-management/settings.php or click the Group Settings link on the Group Management dashboard. You can also receive a link to download the completed certification card.
Can a group have individual logins or do they all use the same?
Group members do not need to log in. Our system will send them an invitation with a link to take the class.

Can I use someone else's credit card to purchase a class?
Yes you can use a friend, coworker, relative or anyone's card to purchase the class. However, you must enter the credit card holder's information on the billing page. We use AVS security, which means we verify the address entered on the billing page, matches the address that the credit card company or bank has on file.
Why did my credit card decline but the transaction is pending in my bank.
Anytime you make a mistake with your address or CVV security code, the transaction declines but a hold may be placed on the card in the amount of the transaction. This hold is automatically released in about 3 business days. You must enter the correct billing address and zip code that your bank has on file. This is usually the same address where your monthly statements are mailed.
How long is the online class?
The entire course can be completed online in about an hour. You can start, stop and skip around as much as you like. There is no time limit so you can start the course whenever you like and finish at your leisure. There is also no charge to re-take the course or exam so you can take it as many times as necessary.
