Refund Policy

Our CPR certification cards are Nationally accepted by government agencies, schools, hospitals and more. If your certification card is rejected by your employer or school we will refund the price of the course. We will refund the cost of the course with either the downloadable card option or the preprinted card option. 

Refund Policy

  1. We offer a 100% money back guarantee if your card is not accepted by your school or employer.
  2. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  3. To be eligible for a refund, classes must be completed.
  4. No refunds will be processed without the name and valid contact information of person who rejected card from qualified organization (school or employer).
  5. We have an excellent technical support team. If you are having technical difficulties contact us and we will be happy to help get you logged on and through the course. Please do not request a refund for a technical problem without contacting our tech support team first. To be eligible for a refund due to a technical issue you must first contact our support team to attempt to resolve the issue. A refund will only be issued if our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue. There is a 15% processing fee for all refunds due to unresolved technical problems. Refund requests for technical issues must be made through support.
  6. No refunds for replacement cards.
  7. Group purchases are not eligible for refund.
