All course materials are available online. Class material may be downloaded or viewed online.
Answers to test questions will be saved (Does not apply to free classes). You may review and update missed questions without retaking entire test.
You may review all material as often as you like. Class materials will be updated as necessary. Or when updates to nationally accredited guidelines are published and after AEDCPR instructors have received updated training.
All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on our Website and all content (including all course materials) located on or available through the Website shall remain vested in The American AED CPR Association.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, classes must be completed.
No refunds will be processed without the name and valid contact information of person who rejected card from qualified organization (school or employer).
We have an excellent technical support team. If you are having technical difficulties contact us and we will be happy to help get you logged on and through the course. Please do not request a refund for a technical problem without contacting our tech support team first. To be eligible for a refund due to a technical issue you must first contact our support team to attempt to resolve the issue. A refund will only be issued if our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue. There is a 15% processing fee for all refunds due to unresolved technical problems. Refund requests for technical issues must be made through support.
No refunds for replacement cards.
